Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer
Location: Hybrid/Onsite (Dearborn, MI)
Type: W2 Contract | LONG TERM, NO END DATE
DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Senior WorkForce Software (WFS) Configuration Engineer to support a large-scale workforce management transformation serving 55,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role will focus on configuring, deploying, and supporting WorkForce Software solutions while partnering with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to deliver effective workforce management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support WorkForce Software modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure system stability and data integrity.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian workforce management regulations.
  • Serve as a WorkForce Software SME and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current WorkForce Software Certification.
  • Several years of hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with manufacturing workforce environments.
  • Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments (10,000+ employees).
  • Understanding of Canadian labor and timekeeping regulations.
