We are looking to hire a Salesforce Non-Profit Consultant with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Nonprofits are a core part of our client portfolio, and we\'re good at juggling deadlines and priorities to keep a wide portfolio of mission-driven clients happy.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Salesforce products and solutions on projects in the Salesforce Platform for nonprofit and education organizations.
  • Maintain and support Salesforce implementations of all shapes and sizes.
  • Work daily with a team composed of a Salesforce architect/team lead and other Salesforce consultants and developers.
  • Execute low code customization and configuration changes to achieve business requirements (e.g. flows, custom objects and fields, lightning page changes, reports and dashboards, validation rules, data loader imports, installing and configuring AppExchange packages, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain AI solutions on the Salesforce platform using Agentforce
  • Work in sandboxes and deploy via change sets to manage the application lifecycle.
  • Demo completed work during iteration meetings with customers.
  • Contribute to business process improvement discussions with customers and provide recommendations.
  • Train system administrators and power users when required.
  • Implement best practices on low code and pro code customizations to minimize technical debt.
  • Maintain Salesforce certifications.
  • Acquire new certifications with time on the job for learning.
  • Write consulting and technical articles for dbservices.com.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years working as an administrator or consultant on the Salesforce platform
  • Nonprofit and/or education experience highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in STEM, business process improvement/business administration or related area preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and accounts
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Works well in a team. Consultants will be communicating daily with coworkers and customers and will be working together with both to achieve business outcomes
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage to and meet deadlines
  • Enjoys learning and keeping up with the latest and greatest in the Salesforce space
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Must reside in Indiana, New York, Texas, Colorado or Michigan
Bonus Points
  • Nonprofit Cloud consultant certifications (both NPC and NPSP)
  • Agentforce Specialist certification
  • Ability to do some basic Apex or LWC development.
  • Experience creating mockups in Sketch using the Lightning Design System Plugin.
