With one-on-one coaching, a dedicated mobile app, and a vibrant online community, WarriorBabe provides the tools and support necessary for lasting success. Ideal for women of all ages and fitness levels, WarriorBabe adapts to ensure continuous progress and achievement of fitness goals.
Our Mission
Help 100,000 women regain their personal power and feel confident in their skin.
About the Role
At WarriorBabe, we hire only the best of the best.
As an Inbound Appointment Setter, reporting to WarriorBabe's Sales Leadership, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of our high-ticket VIP Program. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven sales opportunity that demands strong communication, exceptional work ethic, sales acumen, deep belief in the WarriorBabe methodology, and an unwavering passion for helping women transform their health and lives.
Your primary responsibility is to connect with women who have purchased a low-ticket WarriorBabe product, conduct an initial Implementation Call, understand their goals and needs, determine whether they may be a qualified fit for additional support, and ascend qualified prospects into a one-on-one enrollment call with an Enrollment Advisor.
This role serves as a critical bridge between a prospective client's initial experience with WarriorBabe and the opportunity to receive deeper, personalized support through our high-ticket VIP Program.
What You'll Do
Drive Qualified Appointments
Conduct high-volume Implementation Calls and consistently identify, qualify, and book appropriate prospects for one-on-one enrollment calls with an Enrollment Advisor.
You'll conduct scheduled 15-to-30-minute Implementation Calls over Zoom, often in back-to-back blocks throughout the workday, and manage a high daily volume of scheduled calls, typically upwards of 12 or more calls per day.
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
Provide a world-class first point of human connection with WarriorBabe, ensuring every woman feels seen, heard, supported, and confident in her next step.
You'll lead focused conversations to understand each prospect's goals, challenges, history, needs, and desired outcomes while identifying opportunities for deeper support.
Qualify and Set Appointments
Effectively vet and qualify prospective clients based on established WarriorBabe criteria.
You'll identify qualified opportunities and confidently ascend appropriate prospects into a one-on-one enrollment call with an Enrollment Advisor, clearly communicate the purpose and value of the conversation, and set accurate expectations for the next step in the sales process.
You'll ensure qualified appointments are booked accurately and with appropriate urgency while maintaining a high standard of appointment quality at significant call volume.
Own Your Pipeline
Take full ownership of assigned prospects and follow-up opportunities.
You'll complete timely and consistent follow-up through assigned communication channels, maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot, and keep pipeline stages, notes, tasks, follow-up dates, and prospect information current and organized.
We expect our Inbound Appointment Setters to proactively manage opportunities without requiring ongoing reminders or oversight from leadership and ensure qualified opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
Maintain Accurate Reporting
Complete all required End-of-Day and End-of-Week reporting accurately and on time, maintain all assigned manual sales trackers, and ensure CRM documentation and pipeline data remain accurate and current.
Be an Active Part of the Team
Attend and actively participate in daily Sales Team Huddles Monday through Friday and remain actively engaged in Slack and other designated communication channels throughout the workweek.
You'll communicate proactively with Sales Leadership regarding pipeline opportunities, challenges, prospect concerns, and performance and collaborate closely with Enrollment Advisors and Sales Leadership to ensure appointment quality and a seamless prospect experience.
You'll also attend WarriorBabe's monthly All Hands Meeting and other required company or departmental meetings.
Schedule & Availability Expectations
This is a full-time, highly competitive sales opportunity requiring significant flexibility and commitment.
Inbound Appointment Setters should anticipate:
  • Working upwards of 40 to 50 hours per week based on call volume, pipeline needs, and performance expectations.
  • Maintaining a flexible schedule based on business and team coverage needs.
  • Availability during priority sales windows, including early mornings EST, late afternoons and evenings EST, and weekends.
  • Working extended blocks of back-to-back 15-to-30-minute Zoom calls.

  • Spending significant portions of the workday at a computer conducting calls, managing follow-up, completing administrative responsibilities, and maintaining their pipeline.
  • Active engagement with the Sales Team and leadership Monday through Friday.
  • Managing follow-up and pipeline responsibilities outside of scheduled live calls as needed.

Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits following the applicable eligibility period.
  • Employer contribution to the company's 401(k) program.
  • PTO accrual program.
