Part-Time | Monday–Thursday | 100% Remote

Are you a proven outbound B2B appointment setter who thrives on opening doors and booking qualified appointments?

Terraboost Media is one of the nation's leading out-of-home advertising companies, helping local businesses reach customers through high-visibility wellness sponsorships located inside major retailers including CVS, Kroger, H-E-B, and Albertsons and many others!

We're looking for experienced appointment setters who are confident on the phone, enjoy cold calling, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

What You'll Earn
  • Up to $20/hour base pay
  • Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
  • Weekly contests and incentives
  • Part-time schedule (28 hours per week)
    • Monday–Thursday
  • 100% remote position
  • Paid training, proven scripts, CRM, and ongoing coaching
What You'll Do
  • Make outbound cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S.
  • Deliver a proven 90-second introduction to business owners.
  • Schedule qualified appointments per day for our sales team.
  • Generate appointments that result in 10 or more closed sales per month.
  • Build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to the next step.
  • Accurately document activity and follow-up using our CRM.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent outbound B2B appointment setting experience
  • Strong cold-calling and appointment-setting skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and a confident, professional phone presence
  • Resilient, competitive, and goal-driven
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Technology proficient with experience using CRM systems and business software
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Windows-based computer with reliable high-speed internet
