Licensed Benefit Advisor

100% Remote - Equipment Provided

Pay Rate: $21/hr + commission (paid out at end of season) Average agent commission payout ranges $3K-$8k

Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-11pm EST

Description

The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisorโ€™s responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options. This is done primarily through providing Medicare education, conducting needs analysis, and assisting the retirees in selecting an appropriate plan for their needs. Customer service assistance is also offered within or outside of the sales process. BAs maintain the highest levels of integrity, are responsible, disciplined, team players, and produce quality work.

Qualifications

- Has an active Health License

- Has at least one year sales experience

- Has at least one season of Health sales experience

- Has at least one season of Medicare Sales Experience
