Job description

Chapter is hiring for experiencedExperienced Consultative Sales Medicare Advisors. In this role, you will guide Americans as they sign up for Medicare and pick a specific coverage. This is a full-time role. This is a remote role. You must have previously passed the life and health insurance exam and worked in medicare sales. We are currently offering a $1,500 signing bonus to all new Medicare Advisors who start before April 15, 2022. This role is remote.

In this role, you will spend several hours each day advising seniors over the phone and email. We're building cutting-edge software to help our advisors work better.

You should apply for this position if you are excited to set and achieve ambitious goals. We measure advisor performance based on three things:

1) Customer satisfaction

2) Customer retention

3) Number of customers enrolled

While your compensation will be tied to your sales performance, it does not vary based on the specific coverage you recommend, even if it is with a carrier that does not pay Chapter. Before joining, you must have previously passed the life and health insurance exam. Chapter will help if it's expired.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role with high service expectations
