What are Enrollment Ambassadors?

Enrollment Ambassadors are individuals, often current students or recent graduates, who represent an educational institution to prospective students and their families. Their primary role is to share their personal experiences, provide campus tours, answer questions about academic programs and student life, and assist in recruitment events. They serve as knowledgeable and friendly contacts who help applicants feel welcome and informed throughout the admissions process. Enrollment Ambassadors play a key role in shaping the first impressions of a school and in supporting the institution's enrollment goals.

What are some common challenges Enrollment Ambassadors face when supporting prospective students, and how can these be addressed?

Enrollment Ambassadors often encounter challenges such as addressing diverse questions from prospective students and their families, managing large volumes of inquiries during peak enrollment periods, and staying up-to-date with constantly changing admission policies and program offerings. Successfully navigating these challenges typically involves strong communication skills, proactive teamwork with admissions staff, and regular training to ensure accurate information is provided. Leveraging digital tools such as CRM systems and maintaining a positive, approachable attitude also help Ambassadors deliver an excellent student experience.

Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

World Network (ourworldid.com) - backed by Sam Altman and Tools for Humanity - is building the global identity layer for the age of AI. As a World Orb Enrollment Ambassador with PC Financial Services LLC, you are the face of that mission on the ground in Atlanta.

This is not a desk job. You will work at a live kiosk inside one of downtown Atlanta's busiest destinations, engaging the public, cutting through the noise, and guiding people through a simple 60-second biometric enrollment using a device called the Orb. You will also be running one of the most compelling enrollment incentives in the market right now: a chance to win a 2026 Toyota RAV4 - 1 in 5,000 odds - plus a $15 merchant credit redeemable at participating local businesses. Your job is to make that offer impossible to walk past.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Engage walk-by foot traffic at the kiosk with energy and confidence - this is a high-volume, high-interaction role

Lead with the sweepstakes offer: communicate the RAV4 grand prize clearly (1-in-5,000 odds) to create immediate interest and stop power

Promote the $15 merchant credit available to all verified sign-ups, redeemable at participating businesses including DoorDash, General Tso's Restaurant & Catering, and others

Share a short branded video link that explains the World Network platform, the Orb device, and sign-up benefits in under 2 minutes - answer follow-up questions clearly and calmly

Walk each participant through the enrollment process step by step - you guide verbally; you do not touch or handle the user's phone at any point

Log all daily sign-up counts accurately and submit reports to management at end of shift

Maintain kiosk appearance, device readiness, and signage throughout your shift

Represent PC Financial Services LLC and World Network professionally at all times - attire, conduct, and communication are all part of the role

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing, high-energy, and genuinely people-oriented - you thrive talking to strangers, not avoiding them

No tech background required; full platform and device training is provided before your first shift

Prior experience in retail, promotions, brand ambassador work, events, hospitality, or direct sales is a strong plus

Reliable, on-time, and coachable - consistency matters as much as charisma in this role

Must have a personal smartphone for shift reporting and platform access

Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION

This is a fully performance-based independent contractor role. There is no hourly floor - your income is entirely driven by your results. Ambassadors who show up, engage, and convert can earn $180 or more per day.

Daily Earnings Structure

$5.00 per verified sign-up (paid for every completed, verified enrollment)

Daily Spike Bonus - $25 (any single shift with 35 or more verified sign-ups)

Weekly Performance Bonus - $200 (paid when weekly sign-up target is met)

Referral Bonus - $50 (for every person you refer who completes onboarding and certifies)

What this looks like in practice: 30 verified sign-ups in a shift $5.00 = $150 for the day. Hit 35+ and add the $25 spike bonus. Hit your weekly target and add $200. Top ambassadors consistently earn $900-$1,200+ per week.

Top performers are first considered for Team Lead and multi-location management roles as we expand.

Note: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own tax obligations. Our Entity will issue a 1099-NEC at year end for all earnings of $600 or more.
