To thrive as a Night Shift Desktop Support, you need strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and typically a relevant IT certification such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). Familiarity with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and common enterprise software is essential.
