Zing Recruiting has partnered with a top global AV manufacturing company to fill a Product Development Manager role where candidate will be a key leader in bringing innovative products to market.

Qualifications Include:
  • Engineering Degree
  • 5+ years Product Development experience including NPD
  • 2+ years in a lead role
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, design for manufacturability, technical documentation, and 3D CAD tools.
    • Experience these or similar: SolidWorks, FEA, electrical or controls knowledge, regulatory testing, or ERP systems like SAP is highly valued.
Responsibilities include:
  • Lead, coach, mentor, develop and inspire an engineering team through the full product development lifecycle, from idea generation and design through testing, qualification, and launch.
  • Ability to drive projects forward by managing priorities, timelines, resources, and execution to deliver strong business and customer outcomes.
  • Partner across functions to ensure products are innovative, manufacturable, compliant, and ready for successful launch.
  • Champion continuous improvement, technical excellence, and a collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
