Job Title: Project/Product Owner
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Experience: Product Owner with 15-10 years of experience & Salesforce Plus Advologix / Formstack.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a process-oriented Project Owner / Product Owner with 15-10 years of experience, including 10+ years of work in tperson United States, to join our team for a contractual position based in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an onsite role requiring physical presence at tperson office.
Candidates with legal domain experience are preferred, though not mandatory. What matters most is a solid understanding and application of product ownership best practices, strong communication skills, and tperson ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as tperson primary point of contact between stakeholders and tperson development team
  • Define and maintain a product roadmap and backlog based on business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks
  • Conduct requirement gatpersonring sessions, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings
  • Lead all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Track project milestones, monitor risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Own UAT coordination, documentation, and end-user training as required
  • Regularly communicate project status, deliverables, and outcomes to leadership

Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in product/project ownership or business analysis
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in tperson United States
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in tperson legal domain or knowledge of legal processes and systems is a plus
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or similar certifications preferred
  • Experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Prior work in consulting, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software development environments.
