Vice President of Sales – Manufacturing

Location: Remote

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Division/Department: Sales

Mission

To lead Future Technologies’ industrial sales strategy, ensuring accelerated revenue growth, expanded market share, and the development of a world-class sales organization. This role will drive strategic account growth, foster industry partnerships, and ensure sales processes are optimized for maximum impact.

Key Outcomes (First 12–18 Months)

1. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:

  • Achieve aggressive sales targets across industrial market verticals.
  • Expand relationships with strategic accounts, driving year-over-year growth.

2. Strategic Account Management:

  • Personally engage with key clients to secure major deals.
  • Oversee account planning to ensure customer success and loyalty.

3. Pipeline Optimization & Forecasting:

  • Maintain 3x quota coverage in the pipeline.
  • Increase forecast accuracy to within +/- 5% variance.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, delivery, and engineering to align go-to-market strategies.

5. Industry Influence:

  • Represent Future Technologies at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the industrial sales strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle for major opportunities.
  • Monitor and adapt strategies to market and competitive changes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Provide executive reporting on performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ years in executive sales leadership.
  • Proven track record in selling complex technology or network solutions to industrial sectors.
  • Expertise in long-cycle enterprise sales and government contracting.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in Manufacturing
