Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of technical or engineered sales experience
  • “Hunter” self-starter / works independently and thrives in developing new business
  • Demonstrated sales success with at least 2 years of consistent achievement
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant industry experience)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels in an organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Preferred

  • Industrial machinery sales experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems
  • General knowledge of industrial and commercial steam system flow and controls and thermodynamics
  • Basic understanding of business accounting principles
  • Ability to multi-task
