Your role at Clorox:

This role reports to the Network Scheduling Manager or MSM Lead and will work with: Network Materials Planners, S&OE Manager, Inventory Planner, Plant Leadership, and Scheduling teams. This role oversees the sequence and timing of operations for a group of work centers across the BU's network to optimize production flow and efficiency while meeting production targets.

In this role, you will:

  • Responsible for planning work centers across the BU network and the optimization of the sequence to support customer Service, minimizing changeover and maintain inventory in the short to mid-term.
  • Communicates with the S&OE team and Network Scheduling Manager to understand the short-to-mid-term demand picture while communicating with Plant Operations to ensure the demand can be met with an optimized schedule
  • Maintains all relevant capacity planning master data for the relevant network work centers is accurate and up to date including work center master, routings, and downtime data
  • Develop contingency plans for unexpected events that may impact production schedules.
  • Ensure that production schedules comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Works with Logistics Managers and Material Planners to ensure the right materials are available for the production schedule
