The position will be a core member of the global network operations team focused on the Home and Personal Care (HPC) categories as well as Supply Chain Network Modeling supporting all categories and functions, reporting to the Director, Global HPC Network Operations & Modeling.  In this role, the individual will work with the team to deliver our supply network agility, resiliency and efficiency to drive business growth. The role represents a hybrid focus of Network Operations and Modeling Operations. Responsibilities include: global network sourcing initiatives, volume and capacity management process, business continuity and risk management activities, Funding-the Growth, portfolio management, and project management/point of contact working closely with Global Functions, Divisions and Plant teams to deliver NPD innovations.

The individual will manage modeling project operations, assess Business Value Questions from various leaders, and proactively connect the business to high-level modeling pipeline projects that generate savings and validate network changes using network modeling software. Network modeling includes but is not limited to: manufacturing and capacity network optimization, warehouse and transportation network optimization, inventory optimization and supply chain simulation.   

Network Operations - Home and Personal Care

  • Define global sourcing strategies for the current portfolio and core innovation launches.

  • Partner with business and cross-functional teams to manage global innovations and supply chain projects.

  • Ensure business continuity by defining contingency strategies and monitoring risk.

  • Consolidate global volume and capacity data to support investment and expansion planning.

  • Drive growth through Long-Term FTG program management, collaborating with R&D, Packaging, Procurement, and Engineering.

  • Optimize HPC portfolio management to reduce complexity and improve production efficiency.

  • Develop mid- and long-term capacity strategies for manufacturing plants.

Modeling Operations - Global Supply Chain

  • Proactively identify and lead high-level modeling projects to drive savings and validate network changes.

  • Streamline operations by evaluating requests, refining business value, and prioritizing the project pipeline.

  • Partner with GSC Digital Transformation and GIT to automate data extraction from SAP, BI, and Snowflake.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain strategy and Operations, Manufacturing, Portfolio Management or  6+ years experience with a Master's degree.

  • Experience with Modeling and advanced analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Plant operations, Network operations, Production planning, Industrial Engineering, Supply Network Planning, Demand Planning, Packaging, Engineering  are preferred.

  • Familiarity and direct experience utilizing modeling tools and software (e.g., Coupa) to run global supply chain models.

  • Experience in advanced excel/google sheets analysis or programming (Python, R, etc.).

  • Specialization in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics.

  • Consumer Goods Industry Experience and previous experience in SAP

  • Experience with databases,SQL language and data modeling

  • Experience with visualization & analytics tools (Examples: Tableau, DOMO, Power BI, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru & Data Guru, Alteryx).

  • A strong aptitude for systems, data, and analytics, paired with a strategic mindset and a deep customer and consumer focus.

  • Proven ability to drive effective communication, strong leadership, and meaningful people engagement.



Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
