We are seeking a detail-oriented Installation and Maintenance Analyst (I&M Analyst) to support our mission, working closely with the Leadership of I&M and providing analytical and operational support for installation and maintenance activities.


Position Overview
The Installation and Maintenance Analyst is responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting on I&M operations to ensure high standards of work quality, productivity, and compliance. This role involves data analysis, process improvement, and supporting project milestones through accurate reporting and operational insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and has a strong technical understanding of fiber optics installation and maintenance, with experience in the telecom or cable industries. The Analyst will also leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and vibe-coding techniques to automate reporting, enhance data analysis, and drive operational efficiency.


Responsibilities
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on installation and maintenance data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making for I&M operations.
• Quality and Compliance Monitoring: Track compliance with safety standards, work methods, and quality outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Scheduling and Productivity Support: Assist in analyzing schedules, productivity metrics, and staffing needs to optimize resource allocation for upcoming projects.
• Project Coordination Support: Work with the Leadership, Project Management, Network Operations, OSP Construction, MDU, Engineering, and I&M vendors to align data, track inventory, track invoice billing, and monitor timelines to achieve project objectives across Florida.
• Customer Escalation Analysis: Analyze escalation data related to installation and repair issues, and support the resolution process by providing actionable insights.
• Technical Data Oversight: Review field installation and maintenance data to ensure network stability and compliance with FCC and company design specifications.
• Communication and Documentation: Prepare and communicate regular updates, technical reports, and data summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process enhancements based on data-driven analysis.
• AI and Vibe-Coding Utilization: Employ AI-driven analytics and vibe coding to automate data collection, streamline reporting, and develop custom tools that enhance operational visibility and decision-making.

Requirements:

Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years in installation and maintenance within a telecom, cable, or related technical field, with experience in data analysis or operational support.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Wi-Fi access points (Nokia and Calix preferred), field service management platforms, and experience with switch and router installation/configuration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and interpretation, with the ability to solve problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Project Support: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and adjust work according to changing project needs and deadlines.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience with project management or data analysis software is required. Familiarity with AI tools, vibe coding, and Power BI is highly desirable. Dispatch Resource Center a plus.
• Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel within Florida as needed; open to working in a variable schedule if required.
• Field Understanding: Must be able to interpret field data, support teams remotely, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards through analytical oversight.
