Job description

Job Context

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operational needs of Simpro's sales organization from our Miami office. This is a hands-on role at the heart of how our sales team runs - owning data quality in our CRM, keeping pipeline information accurate, and serving as a go-to resource for reps and managers who need things done quickly and correctly. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their career to learn how a SaaS sales organization operates
from the inside, sharpen strong Excel and CRM skills, and build a foundation for growth into
more senior RevOps, analytics, or sales roles over time.
The right person is detail-oriented, genuinely enjoys working in spreadsheets, and takes pride in being the person the sales team can count on.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day CRM maintenance in Salesforce, including account ownership updates, opportunity data cleanup, territory adjustments, and contact record hygiene.

  • Work extensively in Excel to organize, reconcile, and analyze sales data - this is a core part of the role.

  • Pull lists, build reports, and prepare data files to support sales campaigns, territory planning, and leadership requests.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for sales reps and managers on operational requests (account lookups, data corrections, access issues, process questions).

  • Support regular sales rhythms, including preparing materials for pipeline meetings, forecast calls, and QBRs.

  • Assist with quota and commission tracking inputs, ensuring underlying data is accurate and reconciled.

  • Help administer sales tools - user provisioning, basic configuration updates, and first-line troubleshooting.

  • Identify data quality issues and process gaps, and partner with the RevOps team to resolve them.

  • Contribute to documentation of sales processes and workflows to help the team operate more consistently.

  • This job description is not an exhaustive list of duties and may be modified at the discretion of Simpro Group

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a business, operations, sales support, or administrative role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong Excel skills are required. You should be confident with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, text functions, and cleaning up messy data independently.

  • Exposure to a CRM system (Salesforce strongly preferred) through work experience, internships, or coursework.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the quality of your work.

  • A service-oriented mindset - you enjoy helping people and take pride in quick, accurate follow-through.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfort juggling multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Based in or willing to work from our Miami office.

  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based businesses is a plus.

  • Interest in growing into a more senior RevOps, analytics, or sales role over time is a plus.

What We Can Offer You

  • Responsible Time Off

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision package with 100% employer paid options

  • Additional benefits including Health Savings Account; Flexible Spending Account; Critical Illness Insurance; Hospital Insurance; Accident Insurance; Life Insurance and AD&D; and Disability Insurance available to purchase.

  • Wellness Challenge App, Diabetes Prevention App, and Health Hub App

  • 401k/Retirement Plan with 6% employer match

  • Generous Parental Leave Program

  • Paid Volunteer Leave Days

  • Public Holiday Exchange Scheme

  • Talent Referral Program - get rewarded for referring a friend to join our team!

  • Diverse training & internal networking opportunities across all of our product lines

  • Opportunities for career progression and development
