IT Network Operations Analyst I | IT – Technical Infrastructure 

Support the backbone of enterprise connectivity—ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing network operations.

Ensures the reliable operation and security of the organization’s network infrastructure by monitoring performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with the installation and maintenance of network hardware and software.

Analyzes network traffic and security logs to identify potential threats and supports the implementation of upgrades, patches, and security enhancements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and performance.

Maintains accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures, supports end-users with network-related issues, conducts routine audits to ensure compliance, and coordinates with vendors for equipment maintenance, warranties, and service contracts.
