Negotiation Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused negotiator interested in pursuing a career in the automotive claims space. In this role, you will work closely with our body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges. This is a full-time, remote position with the ideal candidate being self-motivated, reliable, and thriving in a remote work environment.
Whatyoulldo:

  • Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settleadvancecharges.
  • Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
  • Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
  • Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops andtowyards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
  • Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.

  • Previousexperience in a client/customer service role.
