The Opportunity
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and make a meaningful contribution to a dynamic team? We're currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our organization for a 3-month internship. This is a great opportunity to learn about core HR functions, support ongoing projects, and develop practical skills in a professional setting.
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for offering hands-on administrative support in various aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR Operations, and compliance tracking. The role is a great opportunity to develop foundational HR skills and contribute to meaningful projects in a fast-paced and people-focused environment.
In This Role You Will
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire packets, supporting orientation sessions and inputting new hire information into hiring systems
  • Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems with accurate information
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recognition plans
  • May support benefits administration questions and inquiries from employees
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative HR tasks
  • Participate in special projects and cross functional HR initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

The Experience You Will Bring
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as required
