Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our dealer network and outside sales organization. This role is responsible for establishing new relationships with dealers, builders, and key B2B partners while building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing outside sales team across multiple territories.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business development skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and a proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with new dealers, distributors, and strategic partners
