Position Details

  • Temporary Position: August-November 2026
  • Elementary positions
  • Greater Anoka, MN area
  • In-person, full-time (32.5 paid hours/week)
  • Requires either 60 college credits or a ParaPro certificate
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Ampersand Therapy is looking for Special Education Paraprofessionals for the upcoming school year in the Greater Anoka, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What We're Looking For
  • Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
  • Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
  • Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
