Job Description

Exciting Opportunity: Become Our Next National Accounts Manager! 

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven, business development professional to drive AIM Honeycomb\'s national growth strategy, expand our supplier network, and strengthen our presence across key markets throughout the United States. This is a high-impact role that combines sales, supplier relationship management, and market development.

As a National Accounts Manager, you will engage directly with automotive recyclers, auto dismantling and salvage yards, automotive groups, and industrial accounts across the country. You will build trusted supplier relationships, secure strategic commercial partnerships, and position Honeycomb as the preferred catalyst recycling and recovery partner.

This role is responsible for expanding Honeycomb\'s national supplier network and securing supply across the United States through strategic account development, direct supplier engagement, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who thrives in the field, proactively identifies and pursues new business opportunities, and delivers measurable business results.

This is a remote position with national travel (up to 60%). 

What you’re responsible for: 

  • You will identify, build, and secure high-value toll refining contracts and purchase agreements with suppliers 

  • You will develop and manage a strong pipeline of supply from auto wrecking yards, salvage yards, recyclers, and automotive groups 

  • You will lead bids, structure competitive tolling agreements, and negotiate pricing strategies 

  • You will conduct hands-on evaluations of catalytic converters which could include inspecting, weighing, and classifying material during supplier visits 

  • You will strengthen supplier trust through transparency, consistent communication, and in-person relationship-building 

  • You will represent AIM Honeycomb at tradeshows, conferences, and client visits to expand market share 

  • You will analyze market and competitor trends to optimize pricing, margins, and growth strategy 

  • You will collaborate closely with operations, logistics, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless contract execution 

  • You will provide supplier feedback to improve processing efficiency and customer experience 

  • You will use CRM and analytics to track volumes, forecast growth, and guide commercial strategy 

  • You will ensure all supplier agreements and logistics comply with federal, state, and environmental regulations 

Qualifications

To join our team: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales, national account management, or business development experience.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, developing, and growing strategic or national accounts
  • Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements and driving revenue growth
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating independently in a remote and field-based role
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 60%
  • High proficiency with CRM tools and ability to leverage data and analytics to drive growth
  • Ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term partnerships
  • Experience in automotive, metals, recycling, or related industries preferred
