Job description

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the customer implementation process from start-to-finish. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers to the AspireIQ platform. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders with the goal of providing a seamless implementation process and exceptional customer service throughout the cycle.
You will partner closely with prospective and new customers to understand their objectives, map their priorities, and build out an implementation plan that is tailor-fit to ensure they achieve success on our platform.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage a portfolio of multiple projects at a time. This includes overseeing project deliverables and proactively identifying risks
  • Own the project management and successful execution of client implementations
  • Serve as the primary project escalation point of contact
  • Ensure alignment across all teams, internal and external
  • Build, maintain, and track project timelines in order to deliver on-time, in-scope, and under-budget deployments
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customers Success Managers to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience from kick-off to go-live
  • Contribute to our scale efforts by improving our project management and delivery operations processes and contributing to our best practices
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight
  • Contribute to the growth of our partner ecosystem by enabling, supporting, and co-delivering with implementation partners

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5+ years in a customer-facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant role in the SaaS industry
  • You can clearly articulate a typical SaaS implementation methodology and have experience in professional services delivery
  • Experience running complex technical projects, Web Development and UTM Tracking, user acceptance testing, quality assurance and software release processes
  • You are a persuasive, results driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • You're an exceptional verbal and written communicator
  • You have escalation management skills and are comfortable navigating difficult conversations
  • You are able to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software
  • You are a team player who can work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals. You are skilled at collaborating with diverse teams
  • You can learn and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
  • You excel at managing complexity, staying highly organized, and keeping track of details without feeling overwhelmed
  • You have a bias towards action, and gravitate towards environments where you have outsized influence on the success of outcomes for customers and colleagues

  • Experience in Influencer, affiliate, and performance marketing processes
  • Experience working with ecommerce brands and/or retailers
