National Accounts Sales Manager
Salary Range: $115,000-$125/Year + Commission
Position: Full Time - Remote
Location: Remote (Preferably Located in Florida)
About the Role
MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced National Accounts Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our presence with major hotel brands, hospitality management companies, design firms, purchasing organizations, and ownership groups.
This strategic sales position will manage key national accounts, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through new business development and account expansion. The successful candidate will understand the hospitality market and be able to position MITY's commercial furniture solutions around each customer's operational, design, and purchasing needs.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a national accounts sales strategy designed to increase revenue and grow MITY's hospitality market share.
  • Manage relationships with major hotel brands, hospitality management companies, purchasing organizations, design firms, procurement teams, and ownership groups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Grow revenue through strategic account management, upselling, cross-selling, and introducing customers to additional MITY furniture solutions.
  • Understand each customer's design, operational, purchasing, and performance requirements and recommend solutions that align with their needs.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, develop accurate forecasts, and track performance against established targets.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, sales enablement platforms, and other sales technology to manage customer activity and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement terms while protecting profitability and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor hospitality trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service, operations, and other internal teams to support customer satisfaction and sales execution.
  • Prepare regular reports covering pipeline activity, account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Represent MITY Inc. at hospitality trade shows, conferences, customer presentations, and networking events.
  • Travel regularly for trade shows, customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and company events.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong record of growing strategic accounts and building long-term customer relationships. Experience selling to hotel brands, hospitality management companies, purchasing groups, designers, or ownership groups is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong account management, negotiation, forecasting, and presentation skills, along with experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or a similar CRM. Experience in commercial furniture, hospitality products, FF&E, or a related industry is preferred. Regular travel is required.
