The ideal candidate has a proven track record in senior education leadership within a REALTOR® Association, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity for a leader who is ready to define the future of professional development at one of the largest REALTOR® associations in the country.

Develop amp; Lead a High-Performance Team
  • Recruit, develop, supervise, and evaluate Professional Development Coordinators, Team Lead, and support staff with clarity, purpose, and accountability
  • Promote a high-performance team culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Lead through influence and integrity; model the behaviors, standards, and collaborative spirit expected of a senior leader at ORRA
Manage Budget amp; Drive Data-Informed Decisions
  • Lead departmental budget development, monitoring, and forecasting in partnership with the Senior Vice President of Member Value; approve all expenditures and oversee financial tracking for programs
  • Leverage data analytics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, anticipate member needs, and inform proactive, evidence-based decisions
Serve as ORRA’s Education Intelligence Leader
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, legal developments, and innovations in real estate professional development; translate industry intelligence into actionable program improvements
