Job Description We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the founding U.S. sales team of a fast-growing fintech company transforming the payments industry through data and AI. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and scale a new market, work directly with senior leadership, and play a key role in building the outbound sales motion from the ground up

The ideal candidate is an ambitious and entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys opening doors with senior decision-makers, and wants to be part of building something from the earliest stages. Key Responsibilities Own and develop a target account list, conducting research and identifying high-potential prospects within mid-market and enterprise organizations Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified sales opportunities Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including finance, payments, e-commerce, and operations leaders Partner closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to identify customer needs, uncover opportunities, and drive pipeline growth Maintain accurate prospect, account, and activity data within CRM and sales engagement platforms Consistently achieve meeting and pipeline generation goals while contributing to overall team success Share market feedback and prospect insights to help refine messaging, outreach strategies, and go-to-market efforts Help shape prospecting processes, account strategies, and best practices as the U.S. sales organization continues to grow Qualifications 2-3 years of outbound prospecting, business development, or sales development experience Experience within SaaS, fintech, payments, merchant services, or other technology-driven environments preferred Proven success meeting or exceeding activity, meeting, or pipeline generation targets Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong research, organizational, and prospecting skills Intellectual curiosity and interest in payments, fintech, and e-commerce business models Coachable, resilient, and motivated by growth opportunities, performance, and results Previous experience in a startup, high-growth, or build-stage environment where you helped establish processes, test messaging, or build pipeline from scratch is strongly preferred Compensation & Schedule Base salary: $90,000-$110,000 plus variable compensation and equity Full-time Remote within the United States Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Unlimited paid time off Wellness and home office stipends Team offsites and opportunities to collaborate with global colleagues
