This position is an in-office position and is classified as an exempt (salaried) employee and will report to the Marketing Manager.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer that fits into our company culture to add to our dynamic team.

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing creative print, collateral, and digital displays for Clear Touch, Clear Digital, and Clear Power products. This role will be responsible for all photographs and videos of the company’s products that will be presented on social media, print, and email blasts, as well as researching and implementing new media techniques and design ideas and maintaining brand cohesiveness across the company and partner messaging. In this role, the Multimedia Designer will work to ensure that all material meets the company’s standards. Videography experience is a bonus! This position will also create digital signage templates for our Content Management System "Sho". As a key member of the marketing team, the Multimedia Designer will report directly and work closely with the Marketing Manager in realizing the vision and strategic priorities set by the company’s mission and strategic goals.


Requirements:

You will be overseeing the following essential responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing graphics, animations, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements for our website, social media, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. This includes creating digital signage templates in our Content Management System “Sho”.
  • Editing and enhancing videos, animations, motion graphics, and webinars for various purposes, such as product demos, tutorials, testimonials, events, and social media.
  • Assist with the coordination of photographs and videos of the company’s products that will be presented on social media, print, and email blasts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to understand their multimedia needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their objectives and deadlines.
  • Managing and maintaining our multimedia library and ensuring that all assets are organized, updated, and accessible.
  • Researching and staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and tools in multimedia design and production.
  • Providing support for any multimedia-related issues or requests.
  • Following the company's brand guidelines and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all visual materials.

You will catch our attention and be our preferred candidate if you have the following:

  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or other related fields OR 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, videography, photography, or similar field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design and video tools.
  • A strong portfolio of graphic design and video projects that demonstrate your creativity, skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and trends in the interactive industry.

The salary for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 with potential of monthly/quarterly bonuses.
