Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Multimedia Manager is responsible for leading the visual storytelling, photography, videography, and multimedia production efforts across the health system. This role develops and manages high-quality visual content that supports strategic marketing, physician relations, recruitment, internal communications, public relations, executive communication and brand initiatives. The Multimedia Manager collaborates with other members of the Corporate Communications & Marketing team and freelance photographers/videographers to produce compelling multimedia assets that strengthen brand identity, enhance patient engagement, and support organizational goals across digital, print, broadcast, and social platforms. The Multimedia Manager is responsible for maintaining University Health’s digital asset management platform, ensuring all photos and videos are easily accessible and preserved for historical purposes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Photography, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, videography, photography, or healthcare marketing communications. Experience managing multimedia projects from concept through production and delivery. Experience with digital asset management systems. Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills. Knowledge of social media content production and digital marketing best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
