Position Purpose

The Multimedia Marketing Specialist creates, executes and manages multimedia and digital marketing content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and company growth. This role combines graphic design, video and photography, digital marketing (website content, campaign execution and analytics) to deliver high-quality marketing impact across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a project from concept through execution, manage competing priorities, and use performance data to continuously improve results.

Key Responsibilities Primary Role Responsibilities
  • Create multimedia content including graphic design (ads, signage, web content, social content, other), videos, photography, presentations, email campaigns, trade show materials, internal communications, and sales collateral.
  • Manage and maintain company social media channels, website content, landing pages, digital media assets, and marketing documentation.
  • Work with Marketing leadership to strategize/plan out digital campaigns; then, execute, monitor, and optimize the campaigns. Tools will include CRM email campaigns, paid search, paid digital ads, social media, and other channels using performance data to improve results.
Customer and Team Support
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, and other teams to support product launches, campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, printers, and agencies as needed, while managing assigned projects from concept through completion.
Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure customer-facing materials meet DCU brand and messaging standards and follow company safety, security, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
  • Track marketing performance, identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion, and stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in email marketing, digital campaign development/tracking, video production (post-production editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro), graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Figma), photography (proven track record of taking high-quality headshots, event photos, product photos).

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience: Multimedia experience in B2B
