Multimedia Sales Manager - KCTV

The company is the nation's largest owner of top-rated local television stations and digital assets serving 113 television markets that collectively reach approximately 36 percent of US television households. The portfolio includes 77 markets with the top-rated television station and 100 markets with the first and/or second-highest-rated television station, as well as the largest Telemundo Affiliate group with 43 markets totaling nearly 1.5 million Hispanic TV Households. The company also owns Gray Digital Media, a full-service digital agency offering national and local clients digital marketing strategies with the most advanced digital products and services. Gray's additional media properties include video production companies Raycom Sports, Tupelo Media Group, and PowerNation Studios, and studio production facilities Assembly Atlanta and Third Rail Studios.

Job Summary

The Multimedia Sales Manager will bring fresh, advanced digital strategies and tools into our sales operation. This role is a key strategic hire, designed to help bridge the gap between traditional sales excellence and cutting-edge digital innovation. This position will lead and manage a sales team of Multimedia Executives, overseeing the development and sale of our multimedia solutions to small, medium, and large businesses. You will work closely with the MEs to develop strategic, data-driven Digital Media strategies to help our clients improve their customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth. The Multimedia Sales Manager will also collaborate with Media Executives to sell our premium television offerings, including popular programming like the Kansas City Chiefs.

Duties/Responsibilities

Train and coach our sales team on Digital and Business Development best practices. Recruit, hire, and train Digital-Focused Multimedia Executives Develop a steady stream of new business across our platforms Attend CNAs and Pitches regularly with Multimedia Executives Work with the Sales Management Team to employ a servant leadership sales culture, where support, accountability, and winning drive our success. Forecast revenue weekly

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience in Digital sales In-depth knowledge of how to build a digital sales strategy to drive leads, conversions, and revenue for our clients. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, comfortable influencing senior leaders and mentoring team members. Previous media sales management experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to pitch business decision makers Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities College degree

Additionally, the Multimedia Sales Manager should possess: Strong leadership skills, including training and developing team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Adaptability and willingness to explore new methods and strategies Experience working in CRM Ability to successfully complete the MVR check
