Description
This position is responsible for producing and managing various forms of digital content, including social media, video, graphic design, photography, audio, and other media. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with technical expertise to develop high-quality multimedia assets aligned with our organization's goals and brand identity.
MAJOR DUTIES:
  • Plans, captures, and edits professional-quality video, audio, and photographic content including but not limited to the purpose of information, marketing, and promoting.

  • Plans, develops, and executes creative concepts, including but not limited to storyboards, scripts, and production schedules.

  • Ensures all video and photographic content is optimized for multimedia platforms, including but not limited to websites and social media.

  • Designs and edits visually compelling graphics and layouts for multimedia marketing, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media content, and infographics.

  • Manages and maintains brand consistency across all creative multimedia, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and brand identity.

  • Plans, develops, and prepares multimedia, including but not limited to print and web, while adhering to technical specifications and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborates with other team members to create dynamic multimedia.

  • Manages multimedia projects concurrently, ensuring all content is of professional quality and delivered on time.

  • Maintains and manages assigned multimedia technology and equipment, including but not limited to cameras, audio gear, lighting, computer, and computer software.

  • Stays current with emerging, including but not limited to, technologies, software, and multimedia trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital content creation and delivery.

  • Provides input during the procurement process for new multimedia technology and equipment.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required by the position:
  • Proven experience in multimedia production, including designing, synthesizing, and editing of video, audio, photography, graphics, and other media.

  • Proficiency and understanding of industry-standard software and tools, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Stock, Lightroom, InDesign, Adobe Fonts, Photoshop Express, Frame.io, Adobe Fresco, Media Encoder, Adobe Color, Capture, Behance, Portfolio, Audition, Animate, Bridge, InCopy, Character Animator, Aero, Lightroom Classic, Dreamweaver, and Mixamo) and other relevant editing platforms.

  • Experience and familiarity with professional multimedia technology and equipment, including but not limited to cameras, audio gear, lighting, computer, and computer software.

  • Strong understanding of multimedia platforms, including but not limited to social media and their specific content requirements.

  • Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight timelines with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an office environment with extensive time spent at a computer workstation. Great mental effort is required daily; moderate mental pressure and fatigue exist during a normal workday due to constant exposure to deadlines and frequent contact with high-profile individuals. The environment includes a normal range of noise and other distractions, with low everyday risks working around standard office equipment. Occasional visits to other departmental work sites may be required. Some travel to professional meetings is expected.
MINIMUM qualifications:
An associate's degree in Multimedia Production, Digital Media, or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in multimedia production, including video, photography, audio, graphic design, and digital marketing, and/or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and experience with professional multimedia equipment (cameras, audio, lighting) are required. Candidates must have strong project management skills, advanced photography/videography expertise, and familiarity with social media and digital content platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines, are essential.
