Your Mission
You will generate net-new business by leveraging established relationships and consultative selling expertise. You will own the full sales lifecycleโ€”from prospecting through contract executionโ€”positioning The AES Group INC. as a trusted IT staffing partner within the SMB and MSP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • ย Drive aggressive net-new logo acquisition across SMB and MSP accountsย 
  • ย Leverage existing professional relationships to secure immediate revenue opportunitiesย 
  • ย Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on new business generationย 
  • ย Develop executive-level relationships with hiring leaders, procurement teams, and MSP program stakeholdersย 
  • ย Identify and penetrate opportunities within MSP/VMS environmentsย 
  • ย Lead consultative sales conversations, solution positioning, proposals, pricing, and negotiationsย 
  • ย Partner with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful fulfillmentย 
  • ย Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and revenue reportingย 
  • ย Track IT staffing trends to strengthen market positioning and competitive differentiationย 
Required Qualifications
  • ย 10+ years of IT staffing or IT solutions/services sales experienceย 
  • ย Proven success in new logo acquisition within SMB and MSP environmentsย 
  • ย Strong industry network capable of producing immediate new businessย 
  • ย Working knowledge of MSP models, VMS platforms, staffing lifecycle, and delivery operationsย 
  • ย Track record of exceeding revenue targetsย 
  • ย Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and executive relationship management skillsย
