About the Role
As anย Key Account Manager โ MSP at NinjaOne, you will play a critical role in fostering long-term partnerships with our largest and most strategicย Managed Service Provider (MSP)ย accounts. Youโll serve as the primary point of contact for key MSP clients, ensuring they maximize the value of NinjaOneโs solutions to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence for their end customers.

Your deep understanding of the MSP business model will enable you to act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale their operations, optimize IT service delivery, and uncover new revenue opportunities. Youโll identifyย cross-sell and up-sellย potential, drive product adoption, and help our partners expand their service offerings with NinjaOneโs suite of IT management solutions.

This role requires a strong background inย MSP account management, IT solutions selling, and customer success, with a proven track record of managing high-value, partner-driven accounts.

Location: Hybrid in-office (Tampa, FL or Austin, TX) โ 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)

What Youโll Be Doing
- Strategic MSP Growth:ย Manage a portfolio ofย high-value MSP partners, focusing on expanding NinjaOneโs footprint within their client base and helping them scale their managed services.
- Partner Success & Enablement:ย Act as aย trusted advisorย to MSP owners and technical teams, guiding them on best practices, automation strategies, and service delivery optimization.
- Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Strategy:ย Identify opportunities to enhance MSP offerings by promotingย NinjaOneโs full product suite, including RMM, endpoint management, security tools, and automation features.
- Consultative Selling:ย Understand MSP business challenges and provide tailored solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Account Management & Retention:ย Maintain ongoing engagement with MSP partners, ensuring they stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends that impact their business.
- Forecasting & Reporting:ย Utilizeย Salesforceย to track partner performance, pipeline opportunities, and revenue forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- MSP Market Intelligence:ย Stay up to date onย MSP industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving IT needs, positioning NinjaOne as a critical component of a partnerโs technology stack.
About You
- MSP Expertise:ย You haveย experience managing MSP accounts, with a deep understanding of their business model, pricing structures, and service delivery challenges.
- Proven Sales & Growth Track Record:ย Youโve successfully expanded revenue within MSP partnerships, identified upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and helped partnersย scale their businesses.
- Consultative Approach:ย You excel at understanding MSP needs andย aligning IT solutionsย to drive their success.
- Exceptional Communication Skills:ย You can engage effectively with MSP owners, service managers, and technical teams, translating complex IT concepts intoย business value discussions.
- Problem-Solver:ย You proactively address challenges, mitigate risks, and guide partners throughย service transformationย initiatives.
- IT Industry Knowledge:ย Familiarity withย MSP tools like RMM, PSA, and cybersecurity solutionsย is a strong plus.
- Bachelorโs Degree (Preferred):ย Or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce & CRM Best Practices.
