The Role:ย ย 

Join our team as an MSP Helpdesk Technician, where youโ€™ll be the first point of support for our clients. In this role, youโ€™ll provide onsite service, assist with service team projects, cover support tickets, and occasionally help with larger projects.ย ย 

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is career-driven, eager to grow their skills, and motivated to become a Subject Matter Expert in the future. If youโ€™re passionate about IT and want to make an impact for both our clients and community, weโ€™d love to hear from you.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Respond to client requests via phone, email, or in-person for help with hardware, software, networking, servers, and related technologies.ย 

  • Handle common IT tasks such as password resets and new user setups.ย 

  • Support business applications (e.g., ERP, email).ย 

  • Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft Office, networks, VoIP, internet, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).ย 

  • Assist with backups, antivirus, web filtering, and spam filtering.ย 

  • Provide end-user training for frequent support needs.ย 

  • Travel to client sites when on-site support is required.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • 2+ years of IT support experienceย 

  • Familiar with M365 administration, backup tools, and VoIP systemsย 

  • Experience with computer setup and imagingย 

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, macOS, Linux)ย 

  • Associateโ€™s or Technical degree in IT (Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred)ย
