What youโ€™ll be working on:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Barracudaโ€™s strategic partners and industry influencers to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including channel leadership, to support strategic goals and ensure alignment with the companyโ€™s vision.
  • Develop and execute goโ€‘toโ€‘market strategies for assigned partners, clearly articulating the value of Barracudaโ€™s platforms and services.
  • Educate and enable partners on how to position and sell Barracuda products effectively through training, presentations, and ongoing support.
  • Lead crossโ€‘functional coordination for partnerโ€‘focused initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to support the execution of largeโ€‘scale campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the channel ecosystem and contribute recommendations that support innovation and competitiveness.
  • Provide strategic support to the channel sales team by managing key accounts, developing retention strategies, and ensuring partner success.
  • Own and actively manage a partnerโ€‘led (MSP) pipeline, ensuring strong deal hygiene and accurate forecasting.
What you bring to the role: ย ย 
  • 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Channel experience required; MSP experience a plus
  • Customer Success/Partner Success preferred
  • Cybersecurity or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools - Salesforce or similar CRM experience is strongly preferred
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $175,000 - $215,000 OTE. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.โ€ฏย
