The Mortgage Operations Trainer plays a critical role in developing operational excellence and fostering a collaborative culture within the mortgage team. This position combines Producer (P) qualities-delivering high-quality, practical training-with Integrator (I) skills-building strong relationships and promoting teamwork. The trainer also applies Administrator (A) principles to ensure compliance and process consistency, supporting the organization's growth and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
Producer (P):
Deliver effective, results-oriented training programs for mortgage operations staff.
Ensure employees gain practical skills to meet performance and productivity goals.
Administrator (A):
Develop structured training materials aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
Integrator (I):
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Partner with managers and team leads to identify skill gaps and create tailored solutions.
Entrepreneur (E):
Recommend innovative training methods and tools to improve engagement and efficiency.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
