Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Monitoring Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining building processes and safety within our warehouse or distribution center. Your primary role will be to monitor employee badge-ins and outs, conduct building walks, and enforce building protocols to avoid unauthorized access. Your vigilance and attention to detail will help ensure the protection of our personnel, inventory, and assets.

Administration

Manage all entry card and access information and issue ID badges for all visitors, associates and vendors
Maintain accurate and detailed records of building walks, incidents, and building entry/exits

Create and complete reports as needed for various procedures

Patrol

Walk the interior and the perimeter of property to observe and identify potential safety risks, non-standard behaviors or situations, and undesirable conditions
Be aware of all surroundings, check critical areas throughout shift, and be alert to persons damaging of abusing warehouse / company property

Responsible for greeting and directing associates/guest/visitors in a polite and professional manner

Complete assigned tasks and monitoring of SPE stations

Training

Determines training requirements and ensures that the necessary training is completed to enhance the skill base of employees in a timely manner.
