Job description

As part of STIIIZY LLC (SOCC), you will help to proactively protect our customers, employees, and property. Our SOCC center is the main location for the monitoring and analysis of risks on a company scale that are relevant to our employees and brand.
Oversees all STIIIZY locations (retail, cultivations, etc.) along with other associates while continuously auditing all locations, also assists with daily tasks. (i.e., Retail Closing Procedures, Footage Review, etc.) Utilizing custom views for entry points to each location, you will audit each location to identify and deter a threat before any breach has been made. Custom views will let you check on multiple locations at a time. During these audits, the SOCC team can talk through a speaker set up at each store. The SOCC associate also conducts audits on Track-Tik reports at each location. Security guards working the graveyard shift are required to submit hourly reports and QR code scans throughout their shift. As an SOCC associate, you will audit the reports being submitted to confirm they are accurate and punctual, real time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Retail Closing Procedures and communicate with retail management staff.
  • Monitor live feeds to detect suspicious activity.
  • Respond to alarms and alerts in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with security personnel to address any security breaches.
  • Complete the Retail Closing Procedure Log.
  • Provide footage review as requested.
  • Complete Security Guard Track-Tik Audits.
  • Conduct Entry Point Audits on all locations (Retail, Cultivation, Distribution, Extraction, etc.).
  • Assist with false alarm checks.
  • Document and report any incidents or irregularities.
  • Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities.
  • Ensure overnight guards are positioned per each site's post orders.
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Technical Skills & Abilities:

Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations experience required.
  • Previous experience in using CCTV monitoring software and equipment.
  • Ability to write incident reports.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
  • Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
  • Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
