Opensity Solutions is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Warehouse Monitoring Associate to support safety, security, and operational compliance within a warehouse or distribution center environment. This role is responsible for monitoring facility access, maintaining building security procedures, conducting routine patrols, and ensuring adherence to established building protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace for employees, visitors, vendors, and company assets.

  • Schedule: Overnight position, 4 on-4 off schedule, 6pm-4am

  • Pay: $20.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

Administration (Approximately 50%)

  • Manage building access control systems, including entry card and access information.

  • Issue identification badges to visitors, associates, contractors, and vendors.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of facility patrols, incidents, and building entry/exit activity.

  • Create, update, and complete reports related to facility monitoring and operational procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with security and access control policies.

Patrol & Monitoring (Approximately 40%)

  • Conduct routine interior and exterior building patrols to identify potential safety hazards, security concerns, and non-compliant behaviors.

  • Monitor critical areas throughout the facility and remain alert to suspicious activity or misuse of company property.

  • Enforce facility protocols to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Greet, assist, and direct associates, guests, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Complete assigned monitoring tasks and oversee designated SPE stations.

  • Report incidents, safety concerns, and unusual activity promptly and accurately.

Training & Compliance (Approximately 5%)

  • Identify training needs and support the completion of required training programs.

  • Promote adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Assist in maintaining a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, security, monitoring, or customer service environment preferred.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to understand and respond effectively to client and employee inquiries.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is up to $20.50 USD per hour. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
