Starting Pay: $13.50/hr

### Pay & Advancement
* Start at **$13.50/hr**
* After **160 hours worked**, receive a **$0.50 raise** $14.00/hr
* Upon being hired in, you immediately begin your **90-day probationary period**
* After 90 days, you become a **Union member**
* Union employees can earn **up to $16.00/hr**

## What Youll Do
As a Packaging & Mixing Operator, youll be a key part of the production team ensuring products are accurately mixed, packaged, and ready for distribution.
Your responsibilities will include:
