Mid-Level Acquisition Analyst - Position Description
We have immediate hire openings for Mid-Level Acquisition Analyst to join our PMS 377 Team supporting Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC, who wants to grow with the Company. ICI Services is a 100% Employee-Owned small business celebrating our 25th year delivering superior products and responsive services aligned to customers' needs. Our employee-owners include acquisition analysts, financial analysts, engineers, configuration specialists, logisticians, technicians, IT professionals, and ship production specialists providing integral, quality support to multiple Navy organizations. We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.
Security Clearance:
  • Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and coordinating input for all PMS 377 program acquisition reporting requirements, including APB updates, DAES, SAR.
  • Ensure all PMS 377 program information is entered into the appropriate data bases to submit acquisition reporting submissions.
  • Provide detailed contractual record keeping and accounting for Program applicable work under Detailed Design and Construction (DD&C), Lice Cycle Engineering and support (LCE&S) services contracts and Planning contracts, Industrial Yard execution contracts, and any emergent contracts supporting industry partners.
  • Participate in technical, programmatic, and financial interchange meetings or conferences as a participant, writing meeting summaries/after action reports, and preparing meeting and conference materials.

Experiences:
  • 4 years of professional experience supporting an ACAT 1 Navy Acquisition Program.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business/management or related discipline
