Job description

Our client, a global fashion company, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate will be be highly analytical, possess strong leadership skills, and excellent collaborative and communication skills.
  • Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.
Role Overview:
  • Contract Role: 7 months, leave of absence coverage
  • Pay: $60-65/hr+ W2 (No C2C)
  • Schedule: Hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end financial processes for the business (month-end closes, forecasting, annual budget cycles, etc.)
  • Lead preparation and development of P&L, CAPEX, and Balance Sheet reporting
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs
  • Standardize reporting and analysis across various markets ensuring consistency and transparency
  • Identify and implement improvements to financial business processes to increase efficiency and stakeholder experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related concentration
  • Graduate degree or advanced certification preferred (CPA, CFA, FPAC, etc.)
  • 5+ years pf commercially focused financial analysis experience (fashion, apparel, or retail industries preferred)
  • Expertise in financial modeling, planning, & forecasting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • SAP experience is required
  • German fluency is a plus
