Its core competences are the development, production, distribution and servicing of diesel, gas and electric drivetrains for professional applications that is used in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, material handling equipment, stationary equipment, commercial vehicles, rail vehicles and other applications.
Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and business performance insights across the organization. This role analyzes financial and operational data, identifies trends and opportunities, and provides recommendations to support continuous business improvement and decision-making. The position regularly interacts with mid- and upper-level management, requiring strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business performance monitoring and decision making.
  • Analyze sales performance, including margin and selling price variances.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through standardization and automation.
  • Support cost-saving and efficiency initiatives through financial analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze product, customer, and segment profitability reports.
  • Forecast and analyze key operating costs and investigate significant variances.
  • Maintain CAPEX reporting, forecasting, and tracking.
  • Perform monthly reviews of P&L and Balance Sheet results.
  • Prepare monthly profitability estimates and variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with the parent company's Controlling and Financial Analysis teams to support reporting and process improvements at DCA.
  • Analyze actual versus budget/FC deviations and provide explanations for variances.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of recurring financial reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned.
