Job description

Who We Are

This position supports BCG North America's Expense Audit & Investigations team, with a focus on maintaining robust processes and controls across employee-submitted expenses and centrally-booked air travel and rideshare charges.

As part of this team, you will partner closely with Finance Leadership and cross-functional teams across the US and Canada to deliver accurate, actionable reporting and analytics on employee travel and expense activity. Leveraging a strong understanding of BCG policies and underlying data, you will identify trends, surface risks, and provide insights that inform decision-making. As-needed, you will also support employee investigations and deep-dives.


What You'll Do

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain data-driven products and workflows to automate and scale the review of $500m in annual T&E spend
  • Perform routine, detailed analytics to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for improved controls and cost efficiency
  • Conduct targeted, forensic style analyses on employee T&E investigations with high-level proficiency
  • Strengthen controls and monitor processes across centralized programs to mitigate risk and improve compliance
  • Understand BCG's policies and procedures to flag exceptions and recommend alternative actions
  • Translate analyses into clear, structured communication (e.g., slides, dashboard, and concise email summaries) to effectively inform stakeholders
  • Prepare time sensitive ad-hoc requests which may require collaboration across functions
  • Promote cooperation and foster teamwork to accomplish target deadlines

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

We expect total annualized compensation for Atlanta-based employees to be approximately the following:

  • Base salary between $71,000- $88,333 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level

  • Annual discretionary performance bonus between0-12%

  • 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vestedimmediatelyand there is no waiting period

  • First year annualized target total compensation:$75,260 - $93,632 (USD)
