Job Summary

Mid-level Business Analyst role focused on process improvement, warehouse transformation, and system implementation, supporting Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) and IT modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Document AS-IS → TO-BE process transformations
• Support Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) implementations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, and engineering
• Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and solution design
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training
• Provide production support for warehouse systems and tools
