Job description

mid-level Business Analyst

Hybrid, 1-2 times a week in Reston, VA which may lessen once resource is more acclimated. Candidates MUST reside in DMV area.

US Citizen or Green Card only

12-month contract initially

mid-level Business Analyst to support the enhancement or maintenance of a membership portal (Member360). The hired employee will be responsible for working with Product Owners, working with developers and testers, and write user stories all within an Agile environment.

Required:
4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise-level environment (multiple teams within an Agile environment) working on a software upgrade/maintenance.
Experience writing user stories

Nice to have:
Any BA or Agile related certifications
Healthcare industry background
ServiceNow experience (CSM, ITSM, or CRM modules)
