Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university. 
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers. 
  • 8+ years of professional IT experience. 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite, including: 
  • Functional configuration of Oracle Receivables, Advanced Collections, Revenue Management, and Cash Management 
  • Business systems analysis and requirements documentation 
  • Managing and resolving Oracle service requests 
  • Strong business process re-engineering and documentation expertise; Visio process mapping experience required. 
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
