Job description

Mid-Level Analyst provides critical analytical, technical, and operational support delivering rapid-response expertise across a wide range of classified programs, capability assessments, and prototype evaluations. This role supports high-tempo, short-notice tasks requiring structured analysis, system performance evaluation, technical documentation, and operational effectiveness assessments. The analyst integrates with multidisciplinary teams to support testing, experimentation, system assessments, and decision-quality analysis for senior leaders.
Skills/ Experience: Ten (10) years' experience performing classified operations effectiveness and acquisition systems analysis.
Professional Experience: Ten (10) years of experience working in a technical capacity as an engineer, analyst, or a similar role.
Performance Metrics Expertise: Five (5) years' experience supporting defense acquisition system's performance measures, including System Requirements Definition, Key Performance Parameters (KPPs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).
System Capability Knowledge: Five (5) years' experience defining and reporting against minimum threshold requirements versus objective (desired) system capabilities.
Technical Documentation: Five (5) years' experience producing high-quality technical documentation for complex systems, with an ability to synthesize data into clear and impactful summaries.
Demonstrated experience writing for an DoW audience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Five (5) years' experience synthesizing large volumes of information into concise, well-formed written products.
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any discipline or field.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
