Job description

BecTech is looking for a highly-talented mid-level analyst with experience in Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination to join our MDA team! In this role you will get to provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Position Description:
  • Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
  • Provides technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA's Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
  • Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
  • Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules
  • Experience with Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation development

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
