Come grow with us!Torch Technologies is seeking a **Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst** to join a well-established team in an AVMC lab that supports the development, test, and fielding of missile defense radar systems.**As a Mid-Level Radar Engineer/Analyst your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:*** Common tasks for this position include analysis tool design and development, and complex analysis on radar system and/or algorithm performance.* Provide expertise on various aspects of critical radar functions including acquisition, scheduling, tracking, discrimination, advanced functions, and system-level interactions.* Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.* Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation (M&S), post-flight reconstruction, and integration and risk reduction efforts.* Interact with external customers and stakeholders within the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), program offices, and radar development prime contractors.**Job Requirements:*** US Citizenship.* Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or Computer Science from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.* 5+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.* Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB, Python, and/or similar tools.* Ability to develop and/or contribute to reports and briefings that explain complex radar behaviors effectively to a broad range of audiences.* Experience developing and/or improving complex analysis tools using MATLAB.* Experience in radar analysis, radar systems engineering, and/or radar test and evaluation.* Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple efforts.* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).* Must have an active secret clearance.**Candidates with the following experience are preferred:*** Experience with AN/TPY-2 TM.* Experience with radar signal detection/injection HWIL systems.* Experience in C, C++, and Ada programming, Linux/Unix operating systems, Microsoft Office.**Schedule:** M-F; 8-5**Work Location:** Customer- site**Travel:** Yes, 0-10%**Relocation Assistance Available:** No**Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract:** No#LI-TS1 **Benefits:**Torch Technologies is proud to offer a stable and professional work environment, a competitive salary, and an excellent, comprehensive benefit package including: ESOP participation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, Health Saving Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts, EAP, education assistance, paid time off, and holidays.**Applying to Torch Technologies:**Only those candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
