Job description

Our client, a major fishing and seafood processing company, is seeking an Assistant Controller for their Cape May, NJ location. The Assistant Controller will support the day-to-day accounting operations and helps ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. Working closely with the Controller, this role is responsible for managing the close process, maintaining GAAP compliance, and strengthening internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while helping drive consistency and efficiency across the accounting function.

Required Qualifications:
